Writing a strong Childcare Worker CV
Hiring managers in nurseries, preschools, after-school clubs and family support settings want a CV that proves you understand children’s developmental needs as well as practical care routines. Include experience with the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures, behaviour support, nappy changing, meal supervision, sleep checks and activity planning.
