Writing a strong EMT CV
Hiring managers for EMT roles want evidence that you can work safely on scene, communicate with dispatch and hospital staff, and deliver care within your scope of practice. Your CV should make your state EMT certification, NREMT status, CPR/BLS card, EVOC training, and any ambulance or emergency department experience easy to verify. Include specific exposure to 911 response, interfacility transport, trauma calls, cardiac events, airway support, patient handoff reports, and ePCR platforms such as ESO, ImageTrend, or Zoll.
