Mention your patient-to-nurse ratios, unit sizes, and any specialisms such as ICU, emergency, or paediatrics. Include all current certifications and licences near the top of your CV since they are often mandatory requirements.

Include clinical skills like patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care alongside the specific EHR systems you use such as Epic or Cerner. Highlight specialised competencies relevant to your unit and soft skills like patient education, team leadership, and communication with multidisciplinary teams.

A reverse-chronological format is preferred by healthcare recruiters. Place your licences and certifications in a prominent section since they are usually the first thing hiring managers check. Keep the CV to one or two pages and include the type of facility, bed count, and patient population for each role to give context.
